Ability Specialists was established in January 1999 by Rick Sison and TJ Roper-Sison. We are a program-approved service agency, contracting with Developmental Pathways in Arapahoe and Douglas counties and DDRC in southern Jefferson County . Our management team and mentors have extensive experience in providing the following services and supports to adults with developmental disabilities:

• Volunteer Work Adjustment Day Program
• Evening Socialization Groups
• Small Specialized Groups
• One to One Facilitation, Mentoring and Skill Building
• Employment Services

Ability Specialists' "specializes" in utilizing natural supports and social networks to enhance our participants' lives through learning new skills and developing relationships with their communities. We are not a "site-based" facility ~ all of our activities take place in the community.
