Participant Growth Program

Ability Specialists believes that everyone can achieve his or her individual potential with the right support and encouragement. That's why we developed the Participant Growth Program. Participants, with the assistance of mentors, set annual goals and then develop smaller, short-term goals as stepping stones. Participants track their progress with a Goal Chart and color-coded stickers that indicate attendance, behavior and progress. We inform parents and guardians when their participant reaches a goal and then invite them to a recognition ceremony.
