We work with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment in the community.

After dealing with other agencies for job coaching, it has been a breath of fresh air to have Rick work with Rob and the people at Wal-Mart. Rob is doing better and the associates that work with Rob are doing a better job communicating with Rob and keeping him on task. All of them have a better attitude and now support what Rob is doing.

Since Rick has taken over as Garrett’s job coach, what a difference it has made. I never realized what a job coach should do. Rick has really done a great job in probably saving Garrett’s job. He is working on things that are very important for his job skills.
