Work with Us

  • Refer a Participant

For families, guardians, and case managers

Start with a tour and fit check. We will talk goals, support needs, and what a realistic week looks like. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you directly.

  • Become a Community Partner (Volunteer Worksites + Employers)

For volunteer worksites and paid employment partners

Two ways to partner. Host a supervised volunteer crew, or support paid employment through work crews and job coaching. Either way, you bring the opportunity. We bring the structure, coaching, and consistent communication that makes it work.

On the form, choose “Become An Ability Specialists Community Partner”. That selection covers both volunteer worksites and employment partners.

    Host a Volunteer Worksite

Our supervised volunteer crews support your mission while building real job readiness. Clear tasks, clear expectations, and on-site staff support.

    Become an Employment Partner

Inclusive employment works best with structure. We partner through work crews and job coaching so supervisors have support and employees have a real chance to succeed long-term.
